CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged a cancellation fee at the rate of 30% of your service cost. Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact The Scalp Bar via phone or email as soon as possible so that we are able to accommodate your request.
